Practicing ESG Governance—ZONG YIH RUBBER's Corporate Responsibility and Employee Care

Annual Company Trip

To promote team cohesion and the physical and mental health of our employees, we organize an annual domestic company trip twice a year. Through these activities, employees not only get a chance to relax but also strengthen mutual understanding and trust. This year, the spring’s trip was held at Château De Jourdeness with beautiful European-style architectural site which located at Chiayi County, where everyone enjoyed a delightful time in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Regular Health Check-ups

Health is our most important asset, and ZONG YIH RUBBER is well aware of this. Therefore, every three years, we arrange a comprehensive health check-up for our employees to ensure that everyone's health status receives timely attention and care. This not only highlights our commitment to employee health but also underscores our corporate social responsibility.
